Field Trip

Sixth grade will be taking a field trip the Summersville Library on Tuesday followed by lunch.  Students need to turn in permission slips by Monday. 

Computer Homework

Mrs. Kennedy has assigned sixth grade homework for computer class.  The assignment is due Monday, 10/31.  Each student received a handout for the assignment.

Book Report

The book report is due on Friday.  Students are using the same book that they read for the literature fair.  Format was discussed in class.  Minimum of 300 words.

Field Trip

Sixth grade will be taking a field trip on 10/31 to the Summersville Public Library to allow the student to begin research on their language projects.  We will be stopping for lunch.  A permission slip will be sent home next week with additional information.  Parents - please let me know if you can volunteer to help with the field trip.

The Nicholas County Literature Fair will be on Monday, 10/16.

The first 9-weeks is coming to an end.  All corrections must be turned in by Wednesday!
